After paying 2 carpet 'cleaners' to 'clean' our carpets we honestly thought the carpets were done for. We thought we would ask for recommendations from friends in hope we could find the best. Lee came up during numerous conversations. With only days until we had hand in the keys to our property, Lee came out on a public holiday to do our carpets. My jaw was completely on the ground. Not only did he get out ALL stains that neither of the first 2 did but he also fixed the massive water stain left by the last carpet 'cleaner'. After seeing the end result, it is clear the other carpet 'cleaners' only wet and stained the carpets. I will never again go through google to find a capet cleaner. Lee is now permanently in my phone and will be contacted first call every time. You are in great hands with Lee. I could not recommend him enough. Thank you for everything. You are truly a master at your trade.

Lee has been cleaning our carpet for years now and has always done an amazing job bringing our carpets back to life. We have a pet who tends to have accidents and Lee has always provided advice on how to try to fix the problem before it becomes worse. I had Lee come and do my carpets and he was so professional and my carpets come up like new. He was able to get rid of a stubborn stain in lounge. I would highly reccommend Ulysses Carpet Cleaning and will use them again. Best carpet cleaner I have used.

I am totally pleased with carpet clean which i had done today.
As a last minute decision I approached Lee as he was doing a job nearby at a neighboring property, i asked if when he was finished would he have time to shampoo 1 bedroom which needed a clean.
Nothing was too much trouble he quickly looked at my situation, gave me a quote, when they had finished nearby, came to my place and within 30 mins all finished.
I certainly call them again, very presentable guys as well as professional with their work.

Hi , I have a bed n breakfast in surfers paradise where my carpet sees a lot of traffic , and we also have a small dog that lives with a wet ball in her mouth . My carpets look disastrous in a matter of months but a quick visit from these guys who Iv been using for many years return my carpets to brand new . The difference is so astounding Iv had guests that have seen for their own eyes and are in complete disbelief that they this result is even possible .
